1972 – Start of the adventure

In 1972, the foundations of Fromital were laid with a simple yet powerful dream: to bring authentic, homemade dairy products to Moroccan families. What started as a small, family-run operation rooted in passion and tradition soon blossomed into a brand dedicated to quality, authenticity, and care. Inspired by Italian craftsmanship and guided by Moroccan values, Fromital began its journey by blending natural ingredients with time-honored techniques. This marked the beginning of an enduring adventure — one that continues to evolve while staying true to its origins.

1995 – Creation of the company

In 1995, Fromital officially became a company, marking the transformation from a family-run workshop into a structured business. This pivotal shift allowed the brand to expand its reach while maintaining its artisanal roots. By blending traditional craftsmanship with modern industrial standards and rigorous quality control, Fromital began producing cheese under its own name, setting the stage for its emergence as a trusted player in Morocco’s dairy industry.

Key Figures of Our Annual Dairy Production

Our annual production reaches impressive figures, ensuring a varied and high-quality offer. We produce 2,500 tons of cheese, including pressed, soft, stretched-curd, and blue-veined varieties. At the same time, we manufacture 2,800 tons of yogurt, 200,000 liters of cream, and 78 tons of butter. These volumes reflect our commitment to delivering fresh and delicious dairy products, rooted in traditional expertise and a rigorous selection of the finest raw materials.
